Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Website Experts, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling projects and requesting refunds. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Project Deposits
A deposit may be required before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover initial consultation, planning, and resource allocation.

2. Project Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing.

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and must be paid in full.

Any unused portion of prepaid fees (beyond the completed work) may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Project Cancellation by The Website Experts
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

The client fails to provide necessary content, approvals, or communication.

Payments are not made on time.

The project involves unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued for deposits or completed work.

4. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, completed work is non-refundable. No Refunds After Completion

Once a project has been completed and the website is launched and made live, no refunds will be issued for setup costs, development fees, or subscription payments. This policy reflects the time, effort, and resources invested in delivering the final product.

However, at our discretion, we may provide service credits toward future work or alternative services offered by The Website Experts. These credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

If you are dissatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to revise or adjust deliverables within the project scope.

5. Ongoing Services (Website Maintenance, Hosting, Management)
Monthly or annual subscriptions must be canceled at least 14 days before renewal to avoid future charges.

Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

6. Custom Products (Logos, Graphics, Designs, Code)
Once delivered, all custom digital products are considered final and non-refundable.

Revisions may be provided if included in the original agreement.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
